Commentary:
With chain reaction accidents like this one, the fault may be divided into several different parties. It all depends on what happened with the tractor-trailers, if they slammed on their brakes or cut off the victim before the accident, or if the victim made a mistake and rear-ended the truck. After that, the driver of the second pickup truck may bear some of the fault for following too closely, or going too fast to slow down, or possibly take evasive action. Things with chain reaction accidents can be confusing, and sometimes, it may take somebody who deals with accidents for a living to break down the accident, piece by piece, event by event.
