San Antonio, TX — There was a serious rollover accident reported in San Antonio on the Northeast side this past Wednesday, March 11, after an accident along the Loop 410. Police said that it happened during the afternoon and that four children were injured as a result.
The news reported on this, saying that a vehicle was going south on Loop 410 yesterday afternoon when it blew a tire just south of the Walzem Road exit.
The vehicle then lost control and overturned at least once, injuring four children inside the car. Their names and conditions weren’t released.
After the accident was cleared away, police said they’d investigate the cause, but aren’t sure why the tire blew out.
In most cases, tires blow out because they are either worn out, the wrong size, or something was defective with them.
