WAYNE CITY, IL — Jack Bowsher was identified as the truck driver that was hurt in a single-vehicle accident that happened in Wayne City, Illinois on Sunday, March 8th, 2015. News reports out of the area said that the accident happened at about 10:15 Sunday night.
50-year-old Jack Bowsher was hurt when the tractor-trailer he was driving crashed on Highway 242. Police said that the truck drove off the road and tipped over in a nearby ditch.
Bowsher was taken by EMS to a local hospital where he was being treated for unspecified injuries.
Illinois State Police are still going over the details of the accident at this time.
