MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Juan Martinez and Aishia Ruiz were identified as the pair that were killed in a tractor-trailer accident that happened in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Friday, March 7th, 2015. News articles said that the accident took place at about 8:30 Friday night.
Both 47-year-old Juan Martinez and 23-year-old Aishia Ruiz were killed when the car they were in and a tractor-trailer collided on Highway 52. Police said that the car drove over the center of the road and collided with the tractor-trailer head-on.
Both Ruiz and Martinez died in the accident.
No other injuries were reported.
The Minnesota State Patrol was investigating the accident.
