Corpus Christi, TX — Officials say that a man who was hit by a car in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Saturday, February 21, 2015, has passed away. The accident took place at the intersection at Ayers Street and Mansheim Blvd.
The man’s name has not been released. Emergency workers took the man to a local hospital.
The driver who hit the man with his vehicle remained at the scene and reports say that he has cooperated with authorities. Officials could not say whether or not the man would be cited.
No other injuries were reported.
