Onamia, MN — Three people were injured in an accident involving a semi-truck in Onamia, Minnesota, on Saturday, February 14, 2015. The accident took place on Highway 169, at the intersection of Roosevelt Road.
Police identified Priscilla Boyd as the woman who was driving along Roosevelt and turned onto 169 in the path of a semi-truck being driven by Nathan Fredrickson. Reports say that Fredrickson attempted to avoid a collision and turned off the road, driving into a ditch.
Boyd and a passenger in her vehicle, identified as Denna Sam suffered minor injuries in the accident. Fredrickson sustained injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.
Officials are still investigating the accident.
