Commentary:
Do we really know what caused this vehicle to drive off the road? Authorities may say speed, but law enforcement officers are not trained, professional accident investigators, despite what some may lead you to believe. Their preliminary estimations of the accidents, are often found to be partially inaccurate, incomplete, or altogether false. How would a police officer on the scene know the difference between a speeding car, and a car that is suffering from a stuck accelerator? Did they look at every facet of the vehicle at the scene of the accident? Probably not. This is where a trained accident investigator comes in.
