Commentary:
Does anybody know why the offending driver was driving the wrong way on the interstate? Was the driver in any way impaired? If they had been given too much to drink at a local watering hole, then the bar could potentially bear some liability in this accident if they ignored their legal duty to refuse service to obviously intoxicated individuals.
There is so much about this accident that doesn’t add up, so if anybody knows more than what the news has said, I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on the matter.
