YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, NY — Five people were hurt after a two-vehicle accident that police believe involved two drunk drivers in Yorktown Heights, New York on Thursday, December 18th, 2014. The news article released by the Yorktown Daily Voice said that the accident happened sometime Thursday night.
Police said that Adam Kaczor, 35-year-old Dennis Marralheiro, and three passengers were hurt when the cars they were in collided at the intersection of Broad Street and Route 35. Authorities in charge of the accident investigation said that one of the vehicles made an improper lane change when the two vehicles collided.
Authorities found that both drivers were intoxicated at the time of the accident.
The investigation remains active and ongoing at this time.
