FORNEY, TX — Two people were taken to the hospital after a head-on accident that happened in Forney, Texas on Friday, December 12th, 2014. The article released by In Forney said that the accidetn happened at about 8:45 Friday night.
Two people were taken to the hospital after a major accident that happened in the 400 block of Broad Street. Police think that a car was pulling out of the Dollar General parking lot when a vehicle pulling into the parking lot struck it.
Two people were taken by EMS to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
The Forney Police Department is still investigating the cause of the accident at this time.

With this situation, the vehicle that was turning into the parking lot will more than likely bear the fault in the accident. The vehicle probably turned too wide when it collided with the other car that was waiting to exit the parking lot. Even if the other car was blocking the path into the parking lot completely, this does not give the other vehicle the right to hit it if at all avoidable.
