Commentary:
While it seems fairly clear that the victim in this accident may be at fault, were they completely at fault? Did the truck skid directly into the path of the oncoming truck, or did it skid into the lanes and stop for a few seconds when it was struck by the truck? Believe it or not, the difference could mean that the trucking company bares some of the fault in the accident. Again, I’m only speculating, but there could be more to this accident than what was reported in the news.
