HARLAN COUNTY, KY — Delbert Boggs was killed in a serious accident with a dump truck in Harlan County, Kentucky on Wednesday, November 5th, 2014. the article from The Lexington Herald-Leader said that the accident happened at around 5:40 Wednesday morning.
38-year-old Delbert Boggs was killed when the car he was driving and a dump truck collided on Highway 119. The initial reports indicated that the car struck the rear of the dump truck for reasons currently under investigation.
Boggs was pronounced dead after he was taken to Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital.
The investigation is being handled by officials from the Kentucky State Police.
