Commentary
What can you really say about an accident like this? You’re driving through a neighborhood, there are people out walking, kids playing riding their bikes. And you’ve got to watch out for them all. If this accident happened the way it’s been reported, then of course the driver is going to be responsible for the accident, and the boy’s family will be able to file an insurance claim against them.
