COLLEGE STATION, TX — A truck driver was taken to the hospital after a single-vehicle box-truck accident that happened in College Station, Texas on Wednesday, October 8th, 2014. The report from KBTX said the accident happened sometime Wednesday morning.
Authorities in charge of the investigation said that one person was hurt when the box truck they were driving left the road while driving on Highway 6 near the overpass with the Emerald Parkway. The truck drove off the road before driving down a steep incline where it hit level ground at the bottom of the hill.
The truck driver was taken by EMS personnel to College Station Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
