Commentary:
The victim in this accident was a passenger, and judging from the fact pattern I see in the news, there is probably going to be a lot of questions surrounding this accident. My questions center around why the driver of the car she was in stopped in the lanes of traffic. Why did they stop? Were they turning? Was this a legal maneuver? I can’t say for sure, but if they did not stop legally, there could be a negligence allegation against the driver. I’d obviously need to see more before I could say anything concrete, but something about this fact pattern just doesn’t add up.

Firsr of all she was only 17 staying in a motel with the 25 year old driver. I’m her close friend and I’m very close to her grandma, so we are her only family in Texas. She was from Georia and only been with that guy for three months . Her grandma and i will also want to know if he did everything legally including checking their systems for drugs. Me being a driver, I don’t understand the situation either. His mother won’t give any information.
