Commentary:
I really shouldnt need to spell out the implications of an erratically-driven tractor-trailer with a naked female passenger, do I? I’m going to take a guess and say that the trucking company is probably going to say that the driver was doing something so far out of the scope of his employment that they are not responsible. Trucking companies love nothing more than an accident where the whole thing can be dumped into the lap of THEIR driver, making said driver out to be some kind of boogeyman in an effort to shed all liability.
