MADISON COUNTY, AR — One individual was killed in a two-vehicle collision that was reported in Madison County, Arkansas on Monday, September 1st, 2014, according to the official report from the Arkansas State Police Blotter.
Authorities in charge of the accident investigation have said that they have reason to believe that Peggy Rhoades was killed when a Chevy she was driving collided with a Toyota after one of the vehicles crossed the center line of traffic and collided head-on with the other car.
Investigatos say that Peggy Rhoades was killed in the crash, and Dennis Rhoades was injured. An occupant in the other vehicle was identified as Savannah Keys, who was also hurt in the accident.
The Arkansas State Police are handling the crash investigation at this time.
