BAYTOWN, TX — A major head-on collision between two pickup trucks claimed the lives of both drivers in Baytown, Texas on Wednesday, September 10th, 2014, according to the article released by Click 2 Houston.
Baytown Police representatives have said that they think 59-year-old Michael Holloway was killed when the Toyota pickup truck he was driving was struck head-on by a Ford pickup truck that had swerved into the lanes of oncoming traffic while driving on North Main Street around 10:00 Wednesday night. Officials are currently unsure as to what may have caused the crash at this time.
Paramedics who answered the emergency call pronounced by both Michael Holloway and the driver of the other vehicle, identified in the news report as 33-year=-old Russell Hargrove dead when they arrived. An unidentified 3-year-old passenger of Holloway was taken to a Memorial Hermann Hospital where an update on his condition was not made available.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is assisting with the accident investigation.
