Commentary:
The fault in this particular accident is probably going to fall heavily on whichever of the dump trucks is found to have crossed the center line before the accident. Vehicles veer out of their lane and into oncoming traffic every day, and there are many reasons for this, but none of them are good excuses for the offending trucking company. Offenses range from distracted driving, to driver inexperience, each would spell fault for the trucking company depending on how the facts fall into place. This is one situation that needs a trained eye for a much closer look.
