Hardin County, TX — Police have identified Brett Myers as the man killed in a motorcycle accident in Hardin County, Texas, on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. The accident took place on FM 92, around five in the afternoon.
Myers was driving north on 92 when a pickup truck moved into the oncoming lane of traffic to pass a vehicle. The driver of the truck saw another vehicle headed in his direction and, as he moved back into the northbound lane, hit Myers, ejecting him from his vehicle.
Emergency workers took Myers to St. Elizabeth Hospital and he was pronounced dead.
The diver of the truck was uninjured. Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
