Pierce County, ND — One man was killed and another was injured in an accident with a food delivery truck in Pierce County, North Dakota, on Wednesday, September 3, 2014. The accident took place on Highway 3, about 11 miles north of Rugby.
The wreck involved a 2003 Chevrolet Impala and a Schwan’s truck. The truck had slowed and was turning left onto 77th St. Northeast when the Impala crashed into it. The collision sent the Impala spinning onto the shoulder of the highway, catching fire in the process.
The driver of the Impala was killed in the accident. The driver of the Schwan’s truck, identified as Darek Falcon, was injured. The case is under investigation.
