Corpus Christi, TX — A man was killed after being hit by two cars in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Friday, August 22, 2014. The accident took place on North Padre Island Drive, around 8:50 at night.
According to reports, the man, who has not been named, was walking and staggering along NPID near the exit to Agnes Street. The man apparently stepped out into the street and was run over by two cars.
The driver of each vehicle got out and attempted to help the man, but reports say it was already too late. No tickets have been issued, and no one was charged in connection with the accident.
It’s unclear if alcohol or drugs contributed to the accident.
