Stuttgart, AR — One man was sent to the hospital after failing to yield the right of way in an accident involving two 18-wheelers in Stuttgart, Arkansas, on Thursday, July 17, 2014. The accident took place on Park Avenue and Highway 146.
Kelvin Bevell has been identified as the driver who failed to yield the right of way to Charles Eason. When Bevell failed to yield while turning onto Park Avenue, Bevell’s Freightliner was hit by Eason’s truck.
Bevell was taken to Baptist Health Medical Center. Eason refused medical treatment.
Police have yet to make any citations in the accident.
