Commentary
There are still a lot of questions about this accident that need to be answered before any sort of way forward can be determined. If this turns out to be the fault of the bus driver, I’m afraid the victim is going to have a bumpy road to recovery. Trying to recover any sort of damages from a municipal entity is very difficult. Which is understandable, but frustrating in cases where the municipal entity is the one at fault. Now, keep in mind that recovering those damages isn’t impossible, just difficult. In these cases, it’s always best to have someone on your side who’s familiar with these situations, and who will be looking out for your best interests.
