Commentary:
With any kind of work accidents, needless to say victims can find themselves entangled in mile after mile of red tape and confusing, frustrating dead ends. This accident is going to heavily depend on whether or not the employer of the victim is a subscriber of workers compensation. If they are, making a claim is generally all that can be done, provided the accident was not the result of gross negligence or a faulty product such as a gas mask or respirator. If the employer has no such subscription, things could be a little more difficult for the victim, but by no means impossible with an experienced work injury attorney.
