Commentary:
People have the idea in their head that law firms target truckers, and this simply isn’t the case. In actuality firms like this one target dangerous trucking practices, not trucking companies. Ultimately, with any business really, doing things safely is costlier and more time consuming than doing things quickly. However, when a company elects not to do things the safe, legal, and regulated way, they’ve elected to pass off those costs onto the victims of any accident they may cause, and this is why trucking accidents happen, and why there is an entire profession dedicated to combating it.
