GUILDERLAND, NY — A three-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer and an alleged drunk driver left two individuals dead in Guilderland, New York on Saturday, July 5th, 2014, according to the news report from the Altamont Enterprise.
Police think that 23-year-old Cody Veverka was killed when the vehicle in which she was a passenger is believed to have spun into a tractor-trailer while driving on The New York State Thurway just after midnight Saturday.

Officials that responded to the emergency call pronounced 23-year-old Cody Veverka dead on the scene by emergency responders when they arrived.
The driver of the vehicle was identified in the report in Tyler Pascuzzi, who was being investigated for the possibility of drunk driving accident.
