Commentary:
From the news reports I’ve reviewed, this accident looks to be the fault of the dump truck driver. What tells me this? The fact that a vehicle was stopped at an intersection and was struck tells me that either the driver failed to do his job and look at the road when they were driving or the brakes on the truck were faulty and caused the accident. Either way, the driver of the truck and the trucking company should be responsible for this accident, unless I’m missing something in the news.
