Commentary
Of course, the woman in the Trailblazer is going to be held responsible. She was driving the wrong way on the Interstate. This wasn’t some side street where it was easy for an out-of-towner to make a mistake. Things are clearly marked and this woman was clearly in the wrong. Police will need to wrap up their investigation to see what exactly caused the accident, because that could have some bearing on the way things play out. However, as they stand now, things don’t look very good for the driver.
