AMARILLO, TX — An aircraft accident left three people dead in Amarillo, Texas on November 11th, 2013, according to the news report from The San Francisco Gate.
Officials familiar with the crash investigation have said that they believe William Capt, his wife and son were killed when the Beechcraft Bonanza in which they were flying crashed into a lake bed south of Amarillo.

William Capt and his family all died in the crash. Authorities think that the pilot suffered from spatial disorientation, and was not rated to fly in the foggy weather conditions in the area at the time of the accident.
The National Transportation Safety Board handled the investigation into the crash.
