Commentary:
This accident is probably going to be the fault of whichever driver failed to yield to the right-of-way. Even though the news article indicates that the victim could be at fault, these news summaries are written based on police reports released to the public. Contrary to popular belief, these reports are written by police officers, and not trained accident reconstructionists. In order to know for sure, trained eyes need a crack at the evidence.
