MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MO — One woman was pronounced dead following a chain reaction crash that was reported in Montgomery County, Missouri on Saturday, June 28th, 2014, according to the news release from the Saint Louis Paris Dispatch.
Missouri Highway Patrol have said that they think Tammy Oates was killed when the car she was driving is believed to have been ensnared in a chain reaction crash that happened on Interstate 70 just before 3:00 Saturday.

Tammy Oates was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics who responded to the call. Injured in the crash was Robin Oates, Diana Willen and Merl York.
The Missouri State Police are leading the crash investigation at this time.
