Scene of the Accident

Commentary:
This accident could hinge on any number of factors, but lets just briefly focus on two major ones. This could be construed as a work accident, meaning there could be a workers compensation claim depending on the nature of the crash, and who was at fault. On the other hand, if the tractor-trailer is to blame, the trucking company could be dealing with the liability if the turn the truck made was illegal, or if the vehicle did not have the right of way when it entered the path of the ambulance.
