Commentary:
If this article happens to be accurate, then the trucking company is probably going to be facing the liability related questions about this accident. Any time I see a tractor-trailer hit a motorcycle, I see a failure to keep an attentive eye on the road. These trucks are big enough as is, and visibility is something that has to be actively monitored at all times, or a car can become invisible to a truck driver. You can only imagine how much harder a motorcycle can be to see from the vantage point of the truck driver. Either way, this accident commands a closer look, and the trucking company needs to answer some tough questions.
