Crawford County, AR — Toby Crossland was one of three people injured in a car accident in Crawford County, Arkansas. The accident took place on Firefly Lane, around seven in the morning on Thursday, June 19, 2014.
Toby Crossland was a passenger in a car that was hit by Rilla Leakey, who had lost control of her own vehicle after failing to go around a curve in the road.
After the accident, Leakey was taken to Mercy Medical Center and was pronounced dead a short time later.
Crossland, as well as the other two individuals in the vehicle were also taken to Mercy. All are expected to make full recoveries.
