SAN BERNARDINO, CA — One person was killed in a major crash that happened in San Bernardino, California on Monday, June 17th, 2014, according to the news report from The San Bernardino Sun.
Representatives from the California State Police have said that they have reason to believe 30-year-old Jose Zacarias was killed when a vehicle crossed the center line of traffic and collided head on with another vehicle.
Scene of the Accident
Jose Zacarias was killed in the crash, although it is not clear if they died instantly in the accident or at a nearby hospital with unspecified injuries.
The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.
Commentary:
This accident is more than likely going to boil down to which one of the vehicles crossed over, and while the news article implicates one of the vehicle in the accident, nobody is really going to be able to tell conclusively without looking at the evidence. Meaning, only a trained eye is going to tell which one crossed by looking at the skid marks at the scene.
