Scene of the Accident

Commentary:
Each time an accident happens like this in states that have no adequate liquor liability protections to speak of, it only serves to punctuate the need for them. In states with respectable dram protections, bars can be held civilly liable for accidents their customers cause when bars fail in their duty to serve alcohol in a safe and responsible fashion. This means nobody with obvious signs of intoxication can be served alcohol, and to do so would be considered negligent and dangerous.
