Commentary
From what the police have been able to discover, the driver of the car is at fault for the accident. And rightfully so. Saying, “I didn’t see the person,” is more a really nice way of saying that you just weren’t paying enough attention to the road around you. Are there things out there that we don’t see? Of course, and that’s why we look around us. Bottom line, people need to be more careful while they’re driving.
