ARLINGTON, TX — One child was killed in a pedestrian traffic accident that happened in Arlington, Texas on Thursday, May 29th, 2014, according to a news article from The Dallas Morning News.
Officials have said that they have reason to believe David Bingenheimer was killed when he was hit by a Chrysler 300 that was turning struck a pickup truck that was pushed into the stroller while driving along Cooper Street near California Lane around 10:00 Thursday morning.

Seven month old David Bingenheimer was killed in the accidnet.
Officials from the Arlington Police Department are assisting with the investigation and cleanup.
Commentary:
Just basing my opinion on the news article, I’d be willing to go out on a limb and say that the first car could be in for the brunt of the responsibility in this accident. Why? Because any vehicle that is turning off a stop is required to ensure the lane that they are about to turn into was clear. If the driver failed to make sure of this and turned before he knew it was safe, the driver is probably liable for the accident, unless there is some detail in the report that is omitted.
