LITTLE ROCK, AR — A head-on collision left one driver dead and sent two people to the hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas on Wednesday, May 21st, 2014, according to a report from The Arkansas State Police.
Arkansas State Police representatives say Abby Smith was hurt when a vehicle collided with the car she was in head-on after crossing the dividing line of the road around 1:15 in the afternoon Wednesday.

Abby Smith was taken by EMS personnel to a hospital, along with the driver of the vehicle, identified by police as Amber Wells. The driver of the other vehicle was identified as Leroy Patterson, who was killed in the crash.
The investigation is currently active.
