SAN ANTONIO, TX — One person was hurt in a incident that happened in San Antonio, Texas on Friday, May 16th, 2014, according to a news report from KENS-5.
Police have said that they have reason to believe a sixteen year-old boy was hurt when two dogs attacked them while he was on a walk on Friday afternoon.
Scene of the Accident
The boy sustained unspecified injuries in the incident. It is not clear if they were taken to the hospital or not.
The investigation is currently ongoing.

In the State of Texas, dogs have a set of rules governing bites and attacks from pets and livestock. Essentially, all dogs are allotted one bite or attack, after that the dog officially has a record and history of violence. If the dog or animal bites another person, or commits another attack after escaping the yard, the owner can and should be held accountable for the accident.
