Commentary:
Due to the nature of rollover accidents, the tires on the vehicle may be destroyed, and we would have no way of knowing just by looking at the wreckage that a tire blowout was the cause of this accident. You may be surprised to learn that tires are actually two pieces that are glued together, and many tire failures happen where these two parts are adhered. A trained investigator could take a look at the accident scene and the wreckage to see if maybe this is what happened here, but time is a factor, because tracking down the accident wreckage could become difficult the more time that passes.
