Commentary:
Very rarely do I jump to this conclusion based on a news article, but so many facts point to driver error in this case that I just cant help it. If the news report turns out to be accurate, and there was a sandstorm obscuring visibility on the highway at the time of the accident, and the driver failed to adjust either his speed, or following distance to compensate for adverse weather conditions, needless to say the trucking company is going to be handling a lot of questions in the coming days.
