Commentary:
If alcohol turns out to be the cause of this crash, finding out where the alcohol was served should be important to the victims. Why? Because if the person pouring the drinks worked for a bar, nightclub, liquor store, or other alcohol serving establishment, that establishment could be liable for the accident if it turns out they over-served the offending driver. If the driver was drunk and was served anyways, or was sober, then was served to the point of obvious intoxication, there is good chance that they were over-served, and the bar should be punished right along side the driver they fueled.
