Commentary
The news article does very little in discussing a cause from the accident. While the police report will delve into this matter for civil purposes a third party should also investigate the incident. That is because a plaintiff will always be tasked with proving the negligence of another party. In other words a victim must prove that the other party made an action contrary to safe operation. With this proof a personal injury claim typically has standing and can aid in areas like medical bills lost wages and deficiencies obtained.
