Mankato, MN — Police say that alcohol is a likely suspect in an accident involving a man who fell off a bus in Mankato, Minnesota, on Sunday morning. The accident happened near the intersection of Warren Street and Pleasant Street, around 2:15 in the morning.
Police say that a man whose name has not been released jumped on the rear bumper of a bus the city provides for people to get a safe ride home. Police received reports of a man lying in the street. The man had suffered head injuries and was taken to a local hospital.
Police believe the man fell off the back of the bus, which caused his injuries. There’s been no update on his condition.
