Commentary:
Whenever a vehicle turns in front of another vehicle that causes an accident, a few questions pop in my head that really are not touched on in the news summary. If the vehicle turned unexpectedly in to the path of the victim, did the vehicle have the right-of-way? Was the vehicle signaling that is was going to turn? What was the visibility on the road, and was the road in a disadvantageous curve when the crash occurred?
