Commentary
Once we know why the bus left the road we’ll have a clearer picture of how the victims would be able to move forward here. With the bus belonging to a municipality, it’s typically very difficult for an individual trying to recover any damages through traditional means. Depending on why the accident occurred, we might need to look at the bus driver, and possibly the bus itself to see if there were any of sort of mechanical failure.
