Graham, TX — A student at Graham High School in Graham, Texas, was killed Wednesday morning. The accident took place on State Highway 67, about ten miles south of the town.
Candice Martin was on her way to catch a bus for a track meet, when her car was hit by a Ford pickup truck. The two vehicles collided head on. Martin survived the impact, but her injuries proved fatal and she passed away while being transported to a local hospital.
The name of the truck driver hasn’t been released. Authorities report that he was uninjured in the accident.
No word yet on what caused the accident.
