I am a long time friend of Lee Cornett and I am curious as to why you would post about this accident in Texas???
I is a tragic accident and it all seems unreal, still, 20 days later.
At the risk of sounding crass, accidents have serious legal implications that we as students of the law are interested in events that relate to us and our profession, no different than an experienced surgeon researching a groundbreaking new procedure overseas. While it may not apply to us specifically, this is an event that takes place within the realm of our profession and interests.
